Melbourne East Netball Association (MENA) is seeking a Café team member. To be available for Friday nights and Saturdays on a casual basis.
About MENA – Melbourne East Netball Association (MENA) was established in 1952 and has been providing netball competitions in the Outer Eastern Suburbs for over 50 years. Since 1977 the Association has been based at the leafy H.E. Parker Reserve in Heathmont, Melbourne. Our home in the new Maroondah Nets at HE Parker which includes 4 indoor and 4 outdoor netball courts.
About the Courtside Café – Our café is open Friday nights and all day Saturday and other times when required. We sell a range of hot and cold foods.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Duties / Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
• Set up and shut down of front of house café
• Serving of customers
• Follow of cleaning schedule
• Service exceeding customer expectation and following all service procedures
• Courteous and polite towards customers
• Good communication between kitchen and front of house staff
• Executing and following MENA food safety program
• Executing all items on Duty List
• Be knowledgeable to menu items
Reporting
The position reports to the Café Supervisor.
Location
The position is based at HE Parker Reserve, Heathmont
Position and Hours of Work
This is a casual role over Friday between 4pm-7pm and Saturday 8am-4pm
Remuneration
Award wages will be paid
