This Club Competition finals series, we are introducing a pilot of our Positive Vibes initiative, ahead of rollout across Junior Club competitions in the Spring Season.

Positive Vibes is about creating a netball environment where everyone feels welcome, supported and respected. Everyone contributes to the experience of our game.

The initiative encourages positive behaviour through:

• Supporting and encouraging players
• Respectful communication on and off the court
• Positive sideline behaviour
• Valuing umpires, coaches and volunteers
• Creating a safe, inclusive and enjoyable environment for all participants

Rather than focusing on poor behaviour, Positive Vibes promotes the behaviours we want to see more of. By celebrating encouragement, respect and sportsmanship, we can help ensure netball remains a positive experience for everyone.

What will you see during Finals?

As part of the pilot, MENA volunteers will be wearing Green Positive Vibes Vests around the venue. These volunteers are there to support a positive environment, answer questions and help everyone enjoy the Finals experience.

We encourage all players, coaches, team officials and spectators to join us in making this Finals Series a celebration of great netball, great sportsmanship and positive vibes.
