Join the team – Representative Program Umpire Coordinator

MENA is seeking a passionate and organised Umpire Coordinator to lead the development, recruitment and retention of umpires within our Representative Program.

The role includes coordinating umpire appointments, supporting umpire development and mentoring, strengthening pathways, and working collaboratively with the MENA Umpire Convenor, coaches and other stakeholders.

Key requirements:

• Minimum C Grade umpire badge

• Experience in umpiring and/or umpire development

• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

• Current Victorian full driver’s licence and Working with Children Check

• Completion of required induction, police check, safeguarding and child safety training

Remuneration: This is an honorarium-paid position.
