13& U and 15 &U Program Details
Weekly Training: Squad training sessions held at Maroondah Nets, with access to on the indoor/outdoor courts.
Weekly Matches : 13U & 15U teams play at Waverley Netball Centre on Thursday night.
Tournaments: Teams will compete in two tournaments throughout the year, with matches held at various venues. These tournaments provide players with the opportunity to challenge themselves against teams from across the region.
- Team Building day:A dedicated team building day gives players and coaches the opportunity to connect, have fun and develop the relationships that will help shape our 2027 Representative teams.
- Team Photo : Capture the 2027 Squad together and create a lasting memory of the season.
- Association Championships: Our 1s & 2s teams will compete against other associations at Netball VIC Association Champs.
- Summer Fitness Program: Players will receive a Summer Fitness Program to support their preparation for the 2027 season, with training sessions offered in January.
- Presentation Night: Celebrate the season, recognise achievements and celebrate the people who made it a fantastic year.
The MENA Representative Program is about more than training and playing netball. It’s about representing your association, developing as a player, building lifelong connections and being part of something bigger than your individual team.

Trial info
All players wishing to be considered for a 2027 Representative Team must register online via the links above
- Cost $20 plus $2.20 Netballtrials.com fee & Payment Processor fee per player. No refunds.
- If you have registered your player to the incorrect age group contact us.
- All trials held at Maroondah Nets, Heathmont except U19 Trials.
- Late registrations will not be accepted.
- We may ask players to play in a position not nominated in the registration process.
- Players are expected to be available to attend all trials. A medical certificate must be provided if you are unable to trial due to injury or illness. You must email headcoach@menanetball.com.au with details prior to the sessions.
- What to Wear:
- Plain white top
- Dark shorts/skort/tights (Not full length – not covering lower leg so we can write a number on), no club/rep uniforms
- What to Bring:
- Full named drink bottle
- Any medication/puffers etc.
- Please arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the trial start time to check in on the day.
- Qualifying
- As the Representative Program is representing MENA, we require all participants in the program to play with a MENA club during the domestic seasons.
- The exception being U15 & U17 Boys, 19Us and Open players who currently are encouraged, but not required to play on a Saturday or with a Wednesday night team.
- Players will need to have played enough games to qualify for finals in BOTH seasons Spring and Autumn or applicable competition seasons in 2027 and are expected to fully participate in their team’s season.
- Failure to meet this condition will result in a loss of a place in the program. Extenuating circumstances may be taken into account by the Rep Subcommittee.
13U, 15U, 17 Female & Male 15U, 17U, 19U and Open teams – Following trials, players will be selected into Age Group squads. Squads allow the opportunity for coaches to further observe players during training sessions in late January. Likewise, giving players a greater opportunity to demonstrate their ability and skills to coaches during these training sessions. U13, U15, U17, U19 and Open teams will be finalised and communicated before the season commencing at Waverley or earlier if possible, as determined by the Head Coach.
- 11 & U players are selected as a development squad and will continue to be a squad for the 2027 season.
