Are you passionate about netball and eager to contribute to the vibrant world of sports administration? MENA (Netball Association) is looking for a dedicated and organised Netball Operations Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Operations Manager, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our club competitions, tournaments, and more.
Applications close – 8 September
Club Competition Administration: Manage fixtures, tournaments, and competitions through Netball Connect, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
Administrative Support: Assist the MENA board, committee, and sub-committees by providing administrative support and gathering information for the Grading Subcommittee.
Assistance – Provide support to the Operations Manager, assisting with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities as needed to ensure smooth operational workflows
Project Support: Aid in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects led by the Operations Manager, contributing to the successful achievement of project goals.
Event Activation: Implement fundraising & Community activation events throughout the season, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of MENA.
Sponsorship Activities: Actively participate in implementing sponsorship activities to support the growth of MENA.
Child Safety: Coordinate the Child Safety requirements, including administer the MENA Working with Children Register and ensure compliance with Child Safe requirements.
Policy & Procedures: Regularly review and update MENA’s policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current regulations, industry standards, and organisational goals. Maintain accurate and accessible documentation of all policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and reflect the latest changes.
Representative Program Support: Provide administrative support for the MENA Representative Program.
Uniform Management: Coordinate the MENA uniform requirements, from ordering to stock management and distribution.
Café Administration: Including ordering supplies, monitoring inventory, and maintaining a clean and organised environment, and assist ensuring the smooth operation of the café.

Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for netball and sports administration.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
