Payments
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is paid to secure position in team/squad 5 days following notification of such.
For 2024 there will be two options for you to pay the balance of the fees.
- Option 1 pay in full by 31st January 2024 (OPEN $200, 13U/15U/17U $765 and 11U $410) or
- Option 2 pay:
- 13U/15U/17U – $390 by 31st January 2024 and pay $375 by 30th April 2024.
- 11U – $210 by 31st January 2024 and pay $200 by 30th April 2024.
- OPEN – $100 by 31st January 2024 and pay $100 by 30th April 2024
- Emerging Talent/Training Partners : Pay $210 in full by 31st January 2024
Failure to pay fees by these dates will result in your suspension from playing until they are paid, unless alternate arrangements have been made.
NOTE: The Team Building Day held in February is not included in the above fees. The costs to players is kept to a minimum as we are conscious of the expense to families at this time. The approx. cost of the team building day will be $15 – 20.
All fees are inclusive of GST.
Age Group Fees
13U/15U/17U :
- $200 Non-refundable deposit upon accepting place in Rep Program
- $765 Remainder of fees
Total Fees: $965 per year (not including Netball Victoria Membership or uniform)
11/U Development Squad:
- $200 Non-refundable deposit upon accepting place in Rep Program
- $410 Remainder of fees
Total Fees: $610 per year (not including Netball Victoria Membership or uniform)
If a 11s team is entered into a Waverley competition for the Spring 2024 season, fees will be additional to the above at a cost of $260.
OPEN:
- $200 Non-refundable deposit upon accepting place in Rep Program
- $200 Remainder of fees
Total Fees: $400 per year (not including Netball Victoria Membership or uniform). The subsidised fees are a direct result of the ongoing and interactive support players provide through our MENA Representative program and reduced number of training sessions.
Emerging Talent/Training Partner:
- $200 Non-refundable deposit upon accepting place in Rep Program
- $210 Remainder of fees
Total Fees: $410 per year (not including Netball Victoria Membership or uniform).
Refunds
Your deposit is non-refundable. The balance of your fees are generally not refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances which will be evaluated on a case by case basis by the MENA Board based on recommendations from the Head Coach.
Netball Victoria Membership
Netball Victoria Membership is to be paid online as part of your club fees by each player by the first training session in 2024. This is to ensure that you are covered by Netball Victoria’s insurance for any injuries.
