🌟 Join the MENA Team as a Netball Operations Administrator! 🏐

Are you passionate about netball and eager to contribute to the vibrant world of sports administration? MENA (Netball Association) is looking for a dedicated and organized Netball Operations Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Operations Manager, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our club competitions, tournaments, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Club Competition Administration: Manage fixtures, tournaments, and competitions through Netball Connect, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.

  2. Administrative Support: Assist the MENA board, committee, and sub-committees by providing administrative support and gathering information for the Grading Subcommittee.

  3. Event Activation: Implement exciting activation events throughout the season, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of MENA.

  4. Digital Presence: Coordinate and implement content for MENA’s website, online shop, social media channels, digital screens, and Netball Connect emails.

  5. Sponsorship Activities: Actively participate in implementing sponsorship activities to support the growth of MENA.

  6. Communication Materials: Produce and coordinate various communication materials, including leaflets, certificates, posters, etc.

  7. Child Safety: Administer the MENA Working with Children Register and ensure compliance with Child Safe requirements.

  8. Customer Support: Assist in responding to competition-related inquiries from clubs and the general public, providing excellent customer service.

  9. Representative Program Support: Provide administrative support for the MENA Representative Program, contributing to the success of our teams.

  10. Uniform Management: Coordinate the association’s uniform requirements, from ordering to stock management and distribution.

  11. Café Administration: Including ordering supplies, monitoring inventory, and maintaining a clean and organised environment, and assist ensuring the smooth operation of the café.

  12. Walking Netball Sessions: For the right candidate, there’s an exciting opportunity to facilitate Walking Netball sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for netball and sports administration.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
