Keep fit with Cath's easy to follow work out circuit

While we can’t be at the courts let’s keep fit togther.  Follow Cath’s easy to follow routine:

  • 1 min wall sits
  • Sit ups with ball – 30 reps x 3 sets
  • 200 skips – Record how long it takes you and try and improve your time.
  • Jump Crosses – 10 reps
  • Figure 8 weavings – 30 seconds right & 30 seconds left x 2 sets
  • Overhead passing – 30 reps x 2 sets
  • Russian twists – 30 reps x 2 sets
