Fast 5 Netball Sunday Nights Mixed Comp

• Event Details:
• Date: Every Sunday evening
• Time: tbc – number of teams registered will determine game start times (estimated will games will start between 4:30pm and 5:30pm)
• Location:  The Rings Indoor Courts all year round

• Fast-Paced: Get ready for quick 28-minute games (6 min Quarters) that keep the adrenaline pumping.
• Rolling Subs: Keep the energy high with rolling substitutions, ensuring everyone gets in on the action.
• Supershots: Test your accuracy with Supershots that can turn the tide in an instant.
• 5-A-Side: Teams play with 5 players on the court, maximizing participation and excitement.
• Up to 10 Players: Each team can have up to 10 players, ensuring flexibility and fun.

• 5 Player on court:
  • 4 females/ 1 male OR 3 females/ 2 males OR 2 females/ 3 males OR 5 females

  Male players must be spread over the court so that there is no more than one male shooting (GA or GS), one male defending (GD or GK) and one male playing in the centre court (C)

Game Schedule:

• Each team will play 2 games per week.
• The season starts on Sunday 24th May and wraps up on Sunday 23rd August (inclusive finals). 
• Semi Final & Grand Final Sunday 23rd August
• No games will be held on 7th & 28th June and 5th July
• Umpires provided.

Divisions:

• Open Division: Open to players aged 15yrs and over.

Registration Information:

• Team registration fee: Early Bird $35 until 29th March. After Early Bird closes team registration fee is $50 
• Registrations close: Sunday 3rd May 2026 

Weekly Team Game Fee:

• $90 per team for each week.

Individual Player Netball Vic Membership:

• Short Season Player (junior or senior player insurance for 1 short season only): $15
• Player Senior Netball Victoria Membership (Born on or before 31/12/2008): $94.
• Player Junior Netball Victoria Membership (Born between 01/01/2009 – 31/12/2019): $73.
• All Abilities Netball Victoria Membership (Persons who have an intellectual disability or physical impairment):$70.
