MENA Operation Manager Appointment
As we embrace the beauty of the Spring season and its warmer days, we also want to take a moment to share some exciting news with you. Over the past couple of months, we’ve been working through a recruitment process for the Operations Manager role, following Carly Kinsella resignation.
Carly has been an integral part of our MENA family for over 4 years, wearing multiple hats as both Programs Coordinator and Operations Manager. She has played a pivotal role in the development of our social weekday programs and tirelessly sought opportunities to engage more people in the wonderful world of netball. In her most recent role as Operations Manager, Carly’s passion for ensuring everyone enjoys playing netball shone brightly. We can’t thank her enough for keeping MENA running seamlessly, including our Club Competition.
We’re pleased to announce that Merryn Brien has been appointed as our new Operations Manager, starting this week. Congratulations, Merryn!
For those who know Merryn, you’ll understand her deep knowledge of MENA, having been an invaluable part of our team for many years. With a strong background in business management and marketing, Merryn brings a wealth of experience to the role. The Board is eager to collaborate with Merryn and the team as we work towards implementing our soon-to-be-released Strategic Plan, which focuses on expanding netball opportunities within our community.
Merryn and Carly will be working hand in hand over the next few weeks to ensure a smooth transition. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Merryn and our deepest gratitude to Carly.
When you see Merryn and Carly around in the coming weeks, we encourage you to congratulate Merryn on her new role and express your thanks to Carly for her outstanding contributions.
Here’s to a fantastic Spring season filled with netball and new beginnings!
